Refund and Returns Policy

At Klyrotax, we are committed to your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, this Refund and Returns Policy outlines the conditions and process for returning items and receiving refunds.

Return Eligibility:

  • Time Frame: You may return any item within 30 days of the purchase date, provided it is in its original, unused condition.
  • Condition of Items: Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories and documentation. Items that have been used, damaged, or altered are not eligible for a refund, except in the case of defects.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or personalized items, as well as products marked as “final sale” or “clearance,” are not eligible for returns unless they are defective.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact us at Contact@klyrotax.com or call us at (336) 764-5217. Include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Ship Your Return: Once approved, please ship the item back to our office at: 171 Triple Ln, Clemmons, North Carolina (NC), 27012. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
  3. Inspection and Approval: Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days of return approval. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or the return resulted from an error by Klyrotax.
  • If your refund has not been processed within the expected time, please contact us.

Exchanges:

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will happily exchange it for the same item. Please contact us at Contact@klyrotax.com to arrange for an exchange.
